Description : GMC A-Team Van

			  Version 1.0

Hello Everyone, well it took me a LONG time to get this A TEAM VAN rolling into the Chicago Streets. It had all to do,
with some NEW features that were causing lots of trouble when trying to put the car together. But I learned a lot from
it and I guess the next cars will go a little quicker. I even had to call in help for the TUNING as I had no time to spend
weeks on the TESTING and TUNING of the car, my good friend 5tephen has done an incredible job on that and I like to
THANK him very much this way. Well what can you expect when you take it for a spin, first of all the MODEL is HIGH
DETAIL, first of all that meant I had to reduce the amount of polygons on the Medium and Low body, so it could be that
in Multiplayer you will see a VERY simple model of the VAN, secondly that means you will see a LOT of 3D modeled FEATURES,
like the Spoiler of the VAN, the sideskirts, side spoilers, Bull-Bar, mirrors, all Lights are 3D modeled and I have succeeded
in putting the WHOLE A TEAM in the VAN, so Hannibal, B.A., Murdock, Face are all in.
Including 4 seats and the "ORIGINAL" ( high detailed) dash and steering wheel is visible in the VAN when looking
from the OUTSIDE into it. Well that is not it all, I used HIGH resolution graphics for this VAN so that means when you
are able to drive in a resolution of 1024x768 or higher on your PC, you see the results very clear. Crisp and Clear TEXTURES
and DAMAGE TEXTURES. Also the SOUNDS are modified, I found some nice sounds and implemented it into the VAN, the MENU-
Sound is the WHOLE INTRO of the Series, so sit back and relax..., NEW is the DASH I made for the VAN, as I got a nice
picture(only as reference as the image quality was not good) of the DASH it was a lot of work to MAKE it and RENDER parts
of it so I could RECONSTRUCT the ORIGINAL DASH, so I did ... I added a DASH into the VAN that is featuring some nice pics
also from the A TEAM itself :-) ...
Well as 5tephen did the TUNING on my request, I think he really succeeded on that job, and made the A TEAM VAN a very nice
VAN to drive, we tried to make it great for DRIFTING as that is one of the best features of MIDTOWN MADNESS..., you need
to USE THE HANDBRAKE when driving the VAN to its fullest ... Well 5tephen will tell you some more about his stuff so I
will stop here and only say ... I really guess the A TEAM VAN was WORTH the Wait... DRIVE LIKE A PRO if YOU CAN HANDLE IT...

Well, everyone, after the long wait, you're now finally able to take the A-Team's GMC Van for a spin round the streets
of Chicago. You'll soon see why that bit more time was spent on it - take a look at (sigh, here we go): the damage textures
, the members of the Team themselves, the lights, roll-bar, transparent windows, 3D Rear bumper, aerial, wing mirrors,
engine sounds (plus the intro, hehe), the horn, Radial TA tires.........
Hope you like the bullet-holes and scrapes of the paintwork - a lot of time has been put into the damage textures, and
they were even more difficult because of the fact that they are set on a BLACK model. But the work's paid off....
			see :-)

As you can see, the Van is Front-Wheel driven, an aspect which greatly improves the fun element of the game - there is
a greater tendency to 'drift' round the corners instead of taking one clean curve, which not only means you lose less
speed than before, but there is more of a fun element in doing so.
Front-wheel driven vehicles are normally assumed to understeer corners, which means, especially in low speeds, there's
more of a risk of heading straight into buildings - well, that isn't the case with this machine - this will steer
practically any way you want it to. This took a lot of tuning and testing, but it's come out pretty well. The thing's
been tuned to enjoy, so make the most of it :-)

Overall speed has also been tuned to impress - check out the extra-fast acceleration and the smooth acceleration curve.
The top speed, which I got to be 194 mph (after a good few tries), may not be as fast as some of the other cars, but
it's still fast, and I believe acceleration is more important, especially in multiplayer - quick getaways are often
			essential :-)

And the thing will sustain a pretty good amount of abuse, just like a true heavyweight GMC, so you'll be able to
throw your weight around in a pretty much bigtime way :-) That's why the damage textures are so important here,
'cos this thing will be thrown about absolutely everywhere, when people begin to find out how long it takes to
			totally ruin the thing!!
Don't worry about the trees either - due to a fault in the Midtown physics engine, the Van will
"due to the Collission MODEL of Midtown Madness" bounce up and right through them and take very little damage
			whatsoever.

Recommended driving conditions: Rain, with at least 3/4 physics realism. Much of the tuning side of things
was carried out in 3/4 physics realism or more, so obviously if you choose roughly this setting you're bound
to get the most out of The Van.
And choose 1/4- or 1/2-ton gold in multiplayer too - this adds stability to the thing, and you needn't worry
about the vehicle hitting the kerbs either - that's something which was worked round very late on in developments,
			and has paid off.

Driving tips: If you practise this, you'll definitely be able to enjoy the A-Team Van to its full potential.
When you're steering into a corner at over 100mph or so, pull a hard turn into that corner. Let the Van slide
for a very short time, and hopefully you'll get it to oversteer - now yank the steering hard in the opposite
direction to provide lots of opposite lock. You'll now find you've pulled off a pretty impressive corner.
This will come with practice, and is definitely the best way any car, not just this one, should be driven.
If you're going fast enough and have lots of realism, that is.

And check this out - normally, with all the custom cars, you'll get 250 points for completing a singleplayer
race in Pro mode - this Van will give you 400 points, a value which I thought was realistic in terms of its
			capabilities.
And, in multiplayer, if you're playing against someone with the Van (which I'm sure you most definitely will),
you'll no longer hear the default sounds of the now-very-annoying Panoz GTR-1 - instead, you'll hear the true
sounds of the Van, something which I wish existed in all the cars I've raced against.

Known "bugs" : When you crash the A TEAM VAN into something for no appearant reason due to the TRANSPARANT windows the "interior" of the VAN

this, as it is hardly noticable during the game :-)

Next, currently-planned releases (well, re-releases):
